The Triax D5A 4G/5G antenna enables fast and high-quality internet connection. It is an excellent solution when you want to receive 3G/4G/5G/LTE/GSM signals from a specific base station.
With the improved internet connection provided by this antenna, you can enjoy smooth online work, uninterrupted video streaming, and online gaming. Network connections tend to get congested during peak hours, but with the Triax D5A 4G/5G antenna, you can efficiently receive signals at any time. An external antenna also offers the advantage of better signal transmission.
The antennas have a gain of 11 dB and come with fixed 7-meter cables with SMA connectors. They can be installed using the included mast brackets at -45 and +45-degree angles, effectively utilizing not only cross-polarized transmissions but also reflected radio waves.
This antenna is suitable for use as an external add-on antenna for 4G/5G routers with SMA connectors. You can also connect the antennas to TS9 routers using adapters and converters.

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Not claiming a package is not the same as returning or cancelling an order. If you do not claim an order and do not make a separate cancellation notice, we will charge you for the delivery costs.
If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery, or if it does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify us of the error in writing no later than 14 days after delivery. You can do this by sending a notice to the address specified in the Cancellation and Return Policy section or by calling the telephone number provided in the contact information. If the package has clearly been damaged during delivery, you must immediately make a complaint to the transportation company of the chosen delivery method.
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform about exceptional delivery times on its website.
