4G and 5G frequencies

The range of a 5G network on the 3.5 GHz frequency band is just over one kilometer, but the range may be almost two kilometers with good terrain conditions and the use of an antenna. Telecommunications companies are building 5G base stations in the centers of cities on the 3.5 GHz frequency band, and over time, 5G signals will also be transmitted on the 700 MHz frequency band, with a range of up to 10 kilometers on this frequency band.

The number of users on the network and the amount of data being transmitted simultaneously affects the transmission speed. Anyone using a 4G/5G signal near a particular base station shares the 4G/5G network with others in the nearby area. When there are many active users in an area covered by a single base station, each user's connection may be weakened due to network congestion.

Compared to 4G, 5G networks offer higher transmission speeds, wider bandwidth, and lower latency between devices and servers using the technology.

However, a personal 4G/5G connection can be strengthened with an antenna booster. This is done by connecting an external 4G/5G antenna to the 4G/5G router.

You can check the coverage of 5G in your area from your telecommunications provider's base station map, customer service, or the cellmapper.net map service.

Here is a table of the frequency bands used for 4G and 5G:

    Returning

    Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

    Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

    Unclaimed package

Not claiming a package is not the same as returning or cancelling an order. If you do not claim an order and do not make a separate cancellation notice, we will charge you for the delivery costs.

    Issues with orders

If a product has been lost or damaged during delivery, or if it does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify us of the error in writing no later than 14 days after delivery. You can do this by sending a notice to the address specified in the Cancellation and Return Policy section or by calling the telephone number provided in the contact information. If the package has clearly been damaged during delivery, you must immediately make a complaint to the transportation company of the chosen delivery method.

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform about exceptional delivery times on its website.
